Welcome to ZaitCash. By downloading, installing, or using the ZaitCash mobile application ("App"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About ZaitCash
ZaitCash is a platform that connects individuals who wish to recycle used cooking oil (UCO) with
collection station operators. The App facilitates the drop-off of UCO at designated stations and
tracks the volume recycled and cash paid to recyclers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid phone number to create an account and use the App.
3. Account Registration
- You register using your phone number and SMS verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per phone number is permitted.
4. User Conduct
When using ZaitCash, you agree not to:
- Provide false information or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to manipulate transaction records or exploit the system.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Drop-Off Transactions
- Drop-offs are physical transactions conducted at participating stations.
- Cash payments for recycled oil are made directly by the station operator at the time of
drop-off.
- ZaitCash records the transaction details (volume, amount, date) for your records and the
operator's records.
- ZaitCash is not responsible for disputes regarding cash amounts, these should be resolved
directly with the station operator at the time of the transaction.
6. Station Operators
If you are a station operator using the POS features of ZaitCash:
- You are responsible for accurately recording drop-off volumes and payments.
- You must maintain an active subscription or valid access to operate through the App.
- ZaitCash reserves the right to suspend operator access for misuse or inaccurate reporting.
7. Payments
Station operators may pay recyclers via cash or instant bank transfer. Bank transfers are
processed by licensed third-party payment providers (e.g., Gate2Pay/CliQ in Jordan). ZaitCash
facilitates the transfer request on behalf of the station operator but does not
hold funds, operate wallets, or act as a financial institution. Disputes regarding payment
amounts should be resolved directly with the station operator.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, content, features, and functionality are owned by ZaitCash and are protected by
intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based
on the App.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by visiting zaitapp.com/delete-account.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including but not
limited to lost data, lost revenue, or physical injury during drop-offs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaitCash's total liability to you for any claim arising from
or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have been paid through the App in the 12
months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of
the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
